Guess who…

…is now at Level 2??  THIS girl!!  number2Last night my neighbor and I finally tested out to Level 2.  The best part about this is that I already know most of what I need to test out to Level 3, so hopefully by next week I’ll be there!  What I really need to work on though is strength.  I need to work on my arm, shoulder, core and back strength.  At least I have a renewed spirit now.  I finally feel like I’m actually getting somewhere.

I also need to work on flexibility so I’m hoping to have time tonight to start my Get Bent DVD.  I’m going to take before and after pics on the flexy stuff as I know this is a slow process and we already know that I need to see that progression or I get bummed!
